OMG IT JUST happened to me I took my iPad with small crack on it and now it doesn't work. When I called over there whoever helped me was rude. Mind you there was nothing wrong with my iPad. I read where the owner posted something about if your rude to his employees they have the right to be rude back, smh. Ain't that something what happened to customer service... Don't Ever Ever.. take anything to Northpoint computers. A friend of mine took his phone for the charger port. And they fix it. But break the speaker. The owner openly admitted to disassembling the phone. And if he broke it He won't fix it. Because My friend owns; and I quote. "The phone is a crappy phone".. If you own a business to fix All ELECTRONIC devices. Why Badmouth anyone's property? Mind youu my friends phone was a Galaxy S4?! Lol... #NICEdoingBusinessWithYou#GoodLuckKeepingThatBusinessOpen!
