The staff is always great, helpful and understanding. Tim, our new maintenance man, represents the organization well. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and listens to our concerns. The property is maintained very well and they are quick to respond to any concerns. We have lived here since 2013. The location is very convenient to shopping center, McKnight Road and 279. We highly recommend living here!
The staff is absolutely wonderful and so responsive! One time when my dishwasher wasn't working, I called and the maintenance man came over right away to fix it. He was so nice and it was a huge help!
I moved into North Pointe from out of state about 8 months ago and selected this complex - site unseen. I’m very happy with my decision. The staff has been great and any maintenance issue has been solved quickly and thoroughly. I love the location and it is so pet friendly.
Well…first I want to say that the staff is wonderful. I love the girls in the office. They’re always so welcoming and sweet. I moved in October 2024 and loved living here starting day 1. I have the most beautiful view from my balcony. My dogs 🐶 are still adjusting..but I think they like it here too. I’m impressed by how well they keep up with maintenance/always seeing cleaning staff in common areas. I think I got lucky and I’m super happy.😊
