Had a very pleasant stay for 3 years at North Pointe Commons. The whole community is well kept. Prompt response to maintenance requests. Safe and calm neighborhood. The staff are friendly and always available.
Why is no stars not an option!?! Still would not reflect the livings conditions or bi yearly rent increases. One gate on multiple entry ways should not be considered a gated community if they offer you that wool. Sidewalk snow removal consists of dumping 20lbs of salt down a narrow path that your dog paws pick up and burn their pads, not to mention dragging it into the building. First thing I want to say... The maintenance engineer Tim is THE MAN! he's the biggest perk of being here cause he's fast and effective in getting to repairs and he's overall a kind gentlemen! The apartment itself is convenient to a lot of locations and it's nice having on site staff.
The staff is always great, helpful and understanding. Tim, our new maintenance man, represents the organization well. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and listens to our concerns. The property is maintained very well and they are quick to respond to any concerns. We have lived here since 2013. The location is very convenient to shopping center, McKnight Road and 279. We highly recommend living here!
