This dealership is by far the worst I've encountered, and of course, they're part of the Ffun group. I purchased a 2018 Buick encore from Brent. When I went there I was interested in a truck and they told me that the only thing I was approved for was the Buick encore. I ended up purchasing the vehicle in February for 17,000$ with a 9.99% interest because I was out of options. Come summer I find out that my ac doesn’t work, I have an exhaust leak and a leak in the windshield wiper reservoir.
