They declared my situation an emergency and I had someone checking it in a bit over an hour. UPDATE 04/04/2025 Needed to call Northpoint out for repair situation. A/C was not blowing cold because of a wifi communication problem with unit. I had hit the unit outside with my riding mower and knocked a wire loose. Robert was my service person and we went down memory lane of all the issues we had with installation.
