Rick did a great job replacing our water heater that lasted 13 years with another Bradford & White model! I called on a Sunday and he was able to come the next morning. His prices are fair and we had a really nice conversation during the install. We also plan to use his services for all future plumbing needs. If you're in the Frisco/Little Elm area, make sure to give him a call for anything especially a new water heater!
Came out and replaced a kitchen faucet. The faucet was leaking from the handle a considerable amount. I purchased one but it was not correct. He went with me to get the right one and was charming and personable, even while working on the stripped fixtures under the sink. Knowledgeable and quick under the circumstances. Very reasonable pricing. I've used his service before and am always pleased. Old faucet with red and blue dot below along with shiny new faucet.
It’s so refreshing to find someone trustworthy. I literally left my house at Rick’s disposal and he was honorable and professional. Highly recommend his services!
