I have used this facility for 5 years. My son also has used this facility for around 5 years. His unit has been broken into 2 times. Mine 0⃣ times. For the most part staff is very friendly. I have only had a issue with 1 staff member being rude. We have had no pest issues which I'm so very grateful for. So overall I would say this is a great place. Thank you Marcel for always greeting me with a smile.
Looks secure and nice. But don't expect customer service when the ice has your unit Frozen tried our best to crack the ice with our window scraper. We called the office and the lady said why did you wait till the last min.? Last min till what? It was very much still day light. So not only do I pay my monthly fee. But try to bust ice the best I can but get treated very rudely and did not offer anything to me to continue this tasks ourselves. Was not apologetic at all. No one sent either. Beyond frustrated.
