Im from Texas and I relocated to north platte with my husband in December Due to our jobs. I’ve had a lot of OBGYNs in Texas but none was greater than Dr. Amy Short. This women is gentle and kind and really loves what she do and it shows everytime I stepped foot in her office. I had a few concerns that she addressed on day one and immediately took care of me. I had to go to this office today and I cannot even tell you how amazing they were! The ladies at the front desk were so friendly, and Doctor Alexi Was incredible! They went out of their way to help us find the prescription we needed when it was hard to find in town. I would give them 100 stars if I could! I would highly suggest this office!
Not only is their bedside manner awful, Dr. Klug did a vaginal examination and brought three people in to watch without my consent (students or MAs, I couldn’t be sure as they were never introduced). He told me the issue I was there for to “not worry about it until I was ready to have kids” and didn't care to answer any questions I had. They refused to refill my birth control until I went in to see them (without being told I needed to be seen) and I had to beg for them to refill it because they didn’t have an open appointmen... read more
