The property manager Elaine is totally awesome!!! She's the best property manager ever!!! The maintenance guys (all of them..especially David) are on top of everything and they get issues fixed fast once they are made aware of it! Thats why this place gets 5 stars! Neighbors keep to themselves and have their own little groups and judge a new neighbor before they get to know them! That is a big 0 stars for me! Amazing community and maintenance
Cute small apts
Pros: Plenty of room and theyre duplex style which is nice and overall in okay condition. They are comfortable and have plenty of space, inc utility hookups. A lot of storage. Cons: Due to age they need a thorough deep clean (a better cleaning crew) and a fair bit of maintenance on things like appliances, outlets, windows. Poor light fixtures make apartments feel old
