Had an appointment scheduled months in advance, I get a confirmation text stating it's for a different doctor. I call the office immediately and they tell me that my doctor is gone, but they've rescheduled me to a different doctor in this office at the same date and time. I drive 35 minutes to this location only to find out that they CANCELED my appointment because whoever tried to reschedule it didn't do it correctly. Dr Ramlogan did my surgery emergent at AHNP he was very caring and had a great bedside manner. Following up in the office was very pleasant also. All the team members are so friendly and helpful
BEWARE- get ready to pay $$$! They will charge +$200 just to walk in the door as a “new” patient. POV- I was not a new patient- my previous doctor at Advent Health retired. I responded to a ”marketing call” to make an appt with a new provider at the clinic. They had all of my info in the system when I had my exam- but the “explanation” for the bill was “you are NEW to this Doctor since your Dr retired”. I smell a billing SCAM.
I'm very thankful for Dr. Ramlogan for his knowledge, passion, and kindness. He and his staff have made my bariatric experience incredibly smooth. I had VSG 3 months ago. I'm off all my Diabetic and HTN meds because of my weight loss. I'm a constant work in progress, and that's ok. I'm forever in gratitude to Dr. Ramlogan and my bariatric team at Advent Health North Pinellas. I'm regaining my health and mobility, and you've added quality years to my life.
I just wanna thank the team at Advent Health Bariatric Care for their efforts in treating me when I was diagnosed with gallbladder stones and inflammation that required surgery. Dr. Rishi Ramalogan MD FASMBS and his team were amazing and the aftercare is great. They just care. Praise Jesus for the people who get up and do their job well. Thank you again. John
