Have been going to North Penn VW to purchase and service my vehicles for over 20 years. Consumer Reports rates VW low, but my experience is the opposite. Never any significant issues and when a problem arises, they take care of it.

NP VW has a solid staff and they go out of their way to help you maintain your vehicle.
They did a great job fixing my electrical issues. The only problem was they kept pushing for more and more hours for service. Part of me thinks it's commission based. It's 200$ an hour.
