ELEVATORS HAVE BEEN BROKEN A WEEK NOW - I CAN NOT CARRY ITEMS UP 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS TO MY UNIT & IT IS A SAFETY HAZARD - NOBODY RETURNS CALLS - I NEED A UNIT ON THE FIRST FLOOR AND PROVIDED LABOR TO MOVE MY UNIT AT THIS POINT AT NO CHARGE UNTIL THE ELEVATORS ARE REPLACED! UNACCEPTIBLE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS
I've grown tired of this location and it's almost always broken or out of service elevators. No property management available ever. The on site staff is working several locations at once which is not fair to them. A customer was STUCK inside the elevator 5/30/26 and finally got the doors open after 10 minutes. You can't even turn into this location easily since they REMOVED the entrance!
I was so happy when I found this storage for reasonable price. Terry was great. I asked several questions including was my rate guaranteed. I was told of course… then about 6 months in the rates increased. I’m told read the fine print, the rates can go up about every 5-6 months. I have called and no one called back. Home office has indicated if I track down and find the district manager maybe I can get a discount. I’m out of the country and on a very fixed income, so moving is not an option. The associate Mary at public storage on 309 and montgomeryville was very knowledgeable and helpful helping us choose the correct storage unit and help us find something more in our price range. 👍🏻👍🏾
