Updated review after Public Storage purchased previous storage unit: I have no issue with my unit itself but the substantial base rate increate + loss of discount (reason I even signed up in the first place) only after 3 months is a pretty crappy way to treat your customers. Went from $71+tax to $99+tax for my unit. I'll have to look around for other options. Please note that the high ratings are mainly for North Penn Self Storage prior to Public Storage taking over. The facilities are very nice. The computer system and human phone answering service is extremely poor.
Love everything except for the elevator,
Didn't plow or salt the parking lot at all...
