Very nice people but impossible to get a hold of. Every time there is an issue, it takes 2+ weeks to get it resolved. No one is ever available to answer the phones.

I have changed this rating from really bad, to a nicer review because of a recent customer service response- thank you district manager Philip, for helping. Backstory- I was so happy when I found this storage for reasonable price. Terry was great. I asked several questions including ***was my rate guaranteed*** I was told of course… then about 6 months in, the rates increased. ELEVATORS HAVE BEEN BROKEN A WEEK NOW - I CAN NOT CARRY ITEMS UP 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS TO MY UNIT & IT IS A SAFETY HAZARD - NOBODY RETURNS CALLS - I NEED A UNIT ON THE FIRST FLOOR AND PROVIDED LABOR TO MOVE MY UNIT AT THIS POINT AT NO CHARGE UNTIL THE ELEVATORS ARE REPLACED! UNACCEPTIBLE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS
