The front desk ladies are soo rude with no professionalism when you call there is always an attidute i dont know what the issue is when i give the business to them but doctor kim is amazing though!
Horrible experience!!! Took my 15 year old daughter in for an emergency root canal. She is terrified of the dentist so we made sure to let the office know ahead of time. Dr. Kim was rude and very impatient with my daughter. She told him she was scared of needles and asked if they had a topical that they could put on first. Instead of alleviating her fears his response was, I don't use topical. They don't work and I'm so good that you don't need it. His rudeness and arrogant response terrified my daughter even more.
