This review is for your guy that lives up little park road and feels that basic traffic laws such as speed limits down a residential street don’t apply to them. Consistently, on a near daily basis, this guy can be seen speeding down Rosevale Road, even refusing to give space when a pedestrian is present. Might want to remind said guy that he is driving a billboard and to consider slowing down. Those of us that live on Rosevale Road would sure appreciate it.
Kevin Young and the staff at NorthPeak Construction are top notch.
They are inconsiderate where they park. Leaving their commercial truck park in a parking space I pay for! Lack of consideration and integrity. If they can’t follow simple rules then how would I trust them to build anything. This has happened multiple times now! Figure it out please.
Their lead star was a security guard, turned YouTube pro carpenter, hilarious. Horrible place to work. Took complete advantage of me as I trimmed 90% of the place. Place looked terrible before I got there. They don't even know how to case a door without biscuits, absolutely hilarious. Then they lay me off replaced by a 18 yr old who can't read a tape AT all, without promised bonus to pocket themselves. Would never work with or for such an outfit again.
