They are inconsiderate where they park. Leaving their commercial truck park in a parking space I pay for! Lack of consideration and integrity. If they can’t follow simple rules then how would I trust them to build anything. This has happened multiple times now! Figure it out please.
Their lead star was a security guard, turned YouTube pro carpenter, hilarious. Horrible place to work. Took complete advantage of me as I trimmed 90% of the place. Place looked terrible before I got there. They don't even know how to case a door without biscuits, absolutely hilarious. Then they lay me off replaced by a 18 yr old who can't read a tape AT all, without promised bonus to pocket themselves. Would never work with or for such an outfit again.
We had an excellent experience working with Northpeak to build our home. From planning, demolition, beginning construction to occupancy and beyond, the staff communication was great. The collective skill level of all staff members was/is superior. We especially appreciated suggestions and ideas to help us along the way. Our family is settled in now, and very happy with our home. Thank you Northpeak!
