I don't know why my virtual appointment call came from this clinic as I don't live in this st John but the doctor was angry with me and yelling within minutes. I wasn't rude or anything, I was just trying to get a 90 day refill of my anxiety medication like my regular doctor told me to because his clinic only does 30 days. Frances took 2 days of 1 line email back and forth to tell me I need to call in to book an appointment and that the website on Google is not the same website for booking appointments with the doctor. There are no instructions on how to book an appointment online. Please seriously consider before using walk in services.
Was given the most rude treatment by the front desk. I did the courtesy of calling ahead saying I MIGHT be a minute or two late for my appointment. I was called back BEFORE my appointment time and told not to bother coming in, they had given my appointment to another patient because I was going to be late. I arrived 2 minutes after my scheduled appointment time while still on the phone with reception and was told that they couldn't do anything about it and that the next available appointment was for 3 weeks later. The receptionist was rude, dismissive and rather confrentational. Lousy interpersonal skills. more civility would work. I am astonished that when one goes to a walk in clinic with needs to see a doctor the staff can't see you in person. I work in the medical industry... there is no excuse. Some things need to ne seen in person.
