Was given the most rude treatment by the front desk. I did the courtesy of calling ahead saying I MIGHT be a minute or two late for my appointment. I was called back BEFORE my appointment time and told not to bother coming in, they had given my appointment to another patient because I was going to be late. I arrived 2 minutes after my scheduled appointment time while still on the phone with reception and was told that they couldn't do anything about it and that the next available appointment was for 3 weeks later. The receptionist was rude, dismissive and rather confrentational. Lousy interpersonal skills. more civility would work. I am astonished that when one goes to a walk in clinic with needs to see a doctor the staff can't see you in person. I work in the medical industry... there is no excuse. Some things need to ne seen in person.

Only in place in town I find you can actually get in to see a doctor. Friday walk ins. Be here before the doors open! To have a better shot at getting in! The doctor I've been lucky to see is very nice and listens so thank you.

Not sure what happened to same day apts like we used to have but its sad that I can't get my daughter in for 2 weeks then her doctor is gone so they advise to go to Er. It's really a waist of time and resources. For context she has a torn frenulum on her bottom lip and needs antibiotics and assessment. Clinical structure needs to be reassessed on how to better service clients.
