Highly recommend! The staff is incredible. I’ve noticed so much improvement with my son and he loves going!
First impression was great, the staff are very welcoming. They listen to your concerns patiently and give directions appropriately. They love their job and do their very best to help your child. Mrs Laura in particular is the one taking care of my daughter Margaret and Margaret loves her very much, she is always excited when I pick her up from school and tell her that we are going to meet Mrs Laura, that one by itself tells me alot as far as their relationship is concerned. Both of my sons come here. Zaynee is both of my boys speech therapist. She is so sweet and has been working with my oldest for about 2 years. She’s patient, kind and has amazing communication. They both love her and feel very comfortable with her. My oldest son also sees Tina for OT and we both love her. Again, amazing with communication and very sweet. I’d definitely recommend North paulding if you need speech or OT.
The worst experience for me and my son, we waited four months for the assessment. Had to call to get on the schedule we got assessed and the clinician Zayne cancelled both of our sessions two weeks in a row it takes so much time to get to these appointments. I have other kids to bring to school and to go to the office and the clinician is not there it’s very frustrating, take your kids to another clinic that actually cares. Stay away from these people they will only disappoint you and your family,
We are so grateful for NPSLT! Mrs. Debbie has been so incredible to work with. My son was almost none verbal when he started and the amount of progress and communication that has come from working with Mrs. Debbie is amazing. I couldn't be more proud of my little man. Starting off I had no idea what I could be doing or how more to help, so I'm very grateful for the tools and examples that we're given to me take home and work with him as well.
