Overall very happy with how I’ve been treated at NPVW. They took my car in and accurately diagnosed the problem and the service advisor contacted me right when he said he would. The only reason this isn’t 5-Stars is because the advisor said the car received a courtesy wash (and there’s a line item on the RO for it too) but that didn’t happen.
Very poor communication. They sold the car I was planning to purchase to someone else while it was being repaired. I got approved for the loan and they didn’t bother to say anything. I was under the impression that the car was being repaired and they sold it to someone else and didn’t bother to say anything…very poor. Don’t recommend this place.
Worked with Mark Fultz, who was excellent. I had a great experience trading in and am very happy with what I drove away with
***** There was a software update*** Prior to my vehicle getting those false misfires. I should have never been charged.. Another dealership updated my less than a yr old car.. fix it people. Stay in the loop. Theres a community that spoke about this problem since last yr and currently this yr.. Still will give this place - if it was possible. I hate i have to leave this type of review.
