They just delivered a pallet into the middle of the single car driveway blocking my access and said that’s the best they can do and don’t have anyone available to come move it out of the way.
Don’t trust these guys. We provided explicit delivery instruction parameters and instead of matching the proper sized truck with the crate and delivery access they delivered our crate on a 40’ truck that the driver would not drive onto the rear access road that I previously had a 40’ fiberglass pool Shell delivered on. Not a skilled professional driver. Find someone else.
If a 0 was a star they would hit the jack pot. I had $300K worth of equipment shipped by NTP this week and items came damaged and broken. Do not ship with them, especially if this is for a commercial use or expensive equipment. I had 4 pallets coming and only 3 showed up. I think they lost one on the interstate from Denver to SLC, UT. Everything was either damaged and missing. Do not use them!
Kyle brought our delivery today and provided great customer service. Very happy. Will def recommend to others.
