The staff on site are lovely. However, Homestead themselves are a money hungry company. These apartments don't have in-suite laundry, dishwashers, or even AC. The heating is all over the place—the bottom floors are freezing and the top floors sweltering hot, causing hydro bills to be high as residents use heaters and AC units to cope. Laundry is a tiny room where machines are always breaking or just eating your money. They charge visitors an hourly rate for parking.
