Update**** I now owe the IRS $3,000 because Josh decided to falsify documents of our W2s so that we got an earned income tax credit when we shouldn’t have!!! Thanks a lot Josh for screwing us over I will be filing the form for the IRS to file a formal complaint on you

Josh does our taxes never had a problem until this past year. Received notices from the IRS about missing paperwork tried to reach out to Josh several times we even left messages for other workers there asking them to have him call us. Finally hear from him give him the paperwork and documents he told us he sent it in , 2 months later the IRS is sending the same notice. If I could give this agency negative stars, I would. I've never experienced this level of disrespect from a professional until now. My husband and I hired Josh to file our taxes but this was never completed nor was an extension done on our behalf. I had to call the IRS myself to get this information because he stopped communicating with us entirely. We even reached out to the co-owner (Ed) for help but were ghosted by them both.
