Had a terrible experience there in which I was deceived and almost had a dangerous procedure done until the senior dentist stopped in upon my request and told the dental assistant not to put a ************* in my mouth. The assistant is the one who damaged the crown when scaling it down, and this could have been hazardous based on the metal alloy showing through the porcelain part. I had a truly terrible experience with this dentists office, and I feel compelled to share it to warn others. I had a dental procedure scheduled, and as instructed, I took the medication prescribed by ************ beforehand to prepare. Unfortunately, I arrived seven minutes late to my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. Horrible experience, hands down the most frustrating experiences. I scheduled an appointment back in March for 9am and it was pushed back to 3pm after waiting an hour and a half they asked if I could come back at 3. I found a different dentist for that visit but I guess she scheduled the appointment. Yesterday when I had pain I tried to go back to North park smiles but was met with resistance for not showing up to the 3pm appointment in March after they waisted my time.
