I called the clinic to ask a question and unfortunately the receptionist was quite rude. She made comments without even checking my file and didn’t seem interested in helping. I understand clinics can be busy, but basic professionalism and kindness are important when speaking with patients. This experience was disappointing.
Dr. Raj Mohamed is an exceptional physician who truly cares about his patients. He has been my doctor for many many years and he has always taken his time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and never make me feel rushed. His professionalism, knowledge, and compassion makes a real difference. Terrible place , everyone that works there is incompetent. I wouldn’t even go here if it was the last clinic on earth and I was dying. I suggest a veterinarian before this place
The receptionist who answers the phone is rude. She has no patience and spoke to me rudely. When I responded, she hung up on me before I could confirm my appointment, so I had to call the clinic back. In addition the doctor is good but even with appointment, the wait time is too long.
Discriminatory and unacceptable treatment My wife went to this clinic seeking medical attention and was treated in a discriminatory and unprofessional manner. The receptionist told her that there were no doctors who spoke Spanish. My wife clearly said that it was not a problem and that she was comfortable being seen in English.
