The gigantic pretzel was amazing! Unfortunately, the burger I ordered medium rare came out well done, completely white. Service was a bit slow as well.
The only reason why I give NPL any stars is because they had one of my favorite salads, Walnut Apple, and it was good. Besides the salad, the food and overall experience was poor. We ordered the large pretzel. We were given the stuffed pretzel instead which was a joke. It was a pretzel bun with cheese melted on it. It looked like something I would make after school when I was a teenager. This restaurant has been a staple in our family for as long as I can remember. Sadly, since it was bought, the menu is the “same” but everything about the meals were different. You can tell they have changed all ingredients to lower costs. The fries are now battered (frozen). Justice for the original stuffed pretzel!
