It is unfortunate that everyone is always quick to write a "bad" review, but we as people are not quick to give praise where praise is truly due. They have a nice waiting area but the time waiting is super long. For an oil and filter change I waited 3 hours plus. Service department personnel are walking all around the shop moving stuff but not work really getting done. The car is OK but sometimes I regret paying in advance for the services.
Lincoln Service Center take care of our car like its family!
I got my Lincoln at this location and everyone was so nice and helpful! Ricardo Valdez was my salesman and he was great. Helped my find the perfect car and made the process run smoothly!
