For over 40 years my family has been with North Park Lincoln and always received exceptional customer service. Dec 8, 2022, I went there without an appointment because my battery was reading low and the battery was not a year old. Upon my arrival, I was assisted right away and assigned to Justin Crofton. Do not be hard on yourself and say owning a Lincoln is impossible. That was our attitude pulling in North Park Lincoln. North Park Lincoln gave us the confidence to go to the next Level and not be afraid. From start to finish the Team made it happen. Casper is the guy you want to ask for. Our greatest car buying experience by far!! Worked out the complete deal with Casper from our home in Florida. When we arrived, Dalton was waiting for us at the airport. We then spent less than an hour at the dealership before driving off in our dream Black Label Continental. Everything was prepared and perfect. This is one first class, top notch dealership!!
