First time visit to Dr Mark. I was unhappy with the care and attentiveness of my previous optometrist. I was experiencing blurriness and Dr Mark squeezed me in the next day. After through exam diagnosed retinal problems and offered options. Does business the old fashioned way. Great bedside manner and skill equals exceptional service. I found my new eye dr.
Dr Mark is outstanding. He treated my husband who is Japanese with limited English language ability with great care and respect. His exam was extremely thorough and his advice is always helpful. We have the highest confidence in Dr Mark.
Dr Mark took the time to explain the images of my eye and to talk with me about options for contacts vs glasses, as well as allowed me to do a contacts consultation and test run. Even though it was clear they're not for me, he was patient and helpful.
Amazing experience! Such a knowledgeable eye doctors who told me everything that was being changed and adjusted and what potential changes could happen. Amazing amazing amazing!
Dr. Mark and Gretchen are fantastic. I cannot recommend North Park Family Vision highly enough! They are so knowledgeable on the latest information and technology. I had been going to Dr. Chikaraishi for years and was a little nervous about "the new guy" taking over. Totally unwarranted. It's refreshing to have a friendly, neighborhood optometrist who takes a personal interest in all of his clients while providing top rate eye care! Thanks!!
