Customer service is good, she’s nice but she eyebrows came out uneven. She left one eyebrow thinner than the other one
The cutest store and nicest people. They know eye brows and take their time to make sure you look great every time. I can’t imagine going anywhere else
Honestly, I only came here when I don't have time to go to a place that does my brows better. Unfortunately, I had to use the ladies room. Unfortunately, they won't let the customers use said ladies room. I'm sorry, if I'm good enough to give you my money over and over, but not worth 10 cents of water and TP? Then you don't need my business. I won't be back.
I asked her to clean them and please leave as much hair as possible. My brows are normally thinner and I had still been trying to grow them out from previous person that messed them up. I usually go to IZ threading in Chula Vista and Isac does them perfect and keeps them thick even when I have thin brows. But when I came here I asked her to just clean and please leave the hair growing. She completely took off my grown and made the middle part so far apart I could fit two fingers in the middle.
