I have been a customer of this office for several years. I had an appointment on March 2, 2023. I became violently sick with a stomach bug 3 hours before my appointment. I called in the office to cancel and told them I started throwing up. She said no problem and cancelled my appointment. Then I received a $50 charge in the mail for a missed appointment. Nothing was ever said over the phone about a missing appointment charge. I spoke with Carol and she refused to remove the charges. I will not be doing business with office e... read more

I would not recommend this office because they cannot keep a dentist in the office. The turnover in staff is very high. They charge you if you cancel an appointment. I would find another dentist office if you want good dental care.
