No thermostat, not allowed to open your windows in winter or you face a fine but you also can't turn down your heat because they run it off of their boiler and have no zone valves, no 2nd floor fire escapes and no fire alarm system besides the smoke detector in your apartment. Basically you better hope that your neighbors remember that you're home or you are F'd and good luck calling management they won't return your calls ever I've called the main office 22 times to speak with Brenda the housing manager because the on site ... read more
