Just want to share with the drivers leaving negative reviews. NORPAC is part of a Port facility, there are maritime (MARSEC) security rules in place. If you have never been there, you must watch the visitor safety video and answer a few basic questions. The questions are not hard or tricky, they are simply to confirm you paid some attention to the video. Takes about 45 minutes if you just go with the flow, smile and do it. There was a young white kid with such an attitude in the little office I believe was at dock 5. Never wanna go back there again. Shitty place , every one got some attitude.

Gentlemen’s at gate #4 needs to learn how to talk to people or delivery drivers like me I asked his name, he didn’t provide me his name. His attitude are very rude very mean and very unprofessional. Needs to take some hospitality classes, specially with securitas

Typical mill with over the top “safety” rules that are wildly unnecessary, rude security staff and they make you wait in a cage inside the cold mill as they unload you, 10/10 would not recommend.

They can’t seem to keep the scale ticketing system running, wouldn’t print my exit empty ticket guy came out and told me to just take a picture of scale readout. And honestly they’re as****es 4 hours to get unloaded but relight on appointment time
