They can’t seem to keep the scale ticketing system running, wouldn’t print my exit empty ticket guy came out and told me to just take a picture of scale readout. And honestly they’re as****es 4 hours to get unloaded but relight on appointment time

Clarification on gate hours: I was told Gate 10 is used for live load appointment check-in between 0630 and 1730 ONLY. Shipping closes at 1730. Preloads use Gate 4 24/7. On 1/18/25 OB scale printer didn't work, but display does and is accurate (confirmed at CAT scale).
