Buying your first home should be one of the most memorable experiences; however, ours was one of the WORST experiences I have ever experienced. Horrible, HORRIBLE servicing. I have 3 mortgages with them, none of them can be adjusted online. Called the help number, and I get operators who can barely speak or understand me, let alone me understand them. They give excuses to why they cannot help - my computer is slow, we just made an update to our system, call back next week, etc etc but when you call back you get the same circus, same clowns. They asked me to send them a signed letter to adjust principle on my mortgage, I did so, never heard back. No changes made. s r... read more

Exceptionally unprofessional. APM changed the loan servicer before I had even made one payment and in the process failed to apply a payment to my account. My bank confirmed the check was sent to the correct address with the correct mortgage number annotated on it and was deposited. APM (the original servicer) says they have no record of the payment even after being provided with the check number, date of deposit and all my account information. *********** (the second servicer) says they also have no record of the payment - w... read more

****** L and his team were a disappointment to work with. Constant lack of communication, poor follow up, complete lack of urgency despite missed closing. They selected an appraiser who was not from the area that the house I was purchasing was in. It took this appraiser 5 weeks to even go and do the physical portion of the appraisal and ******/team were doing nothing to push this timeframe or ensure the appraiser met deadlines after that point. Bryon T***** is the most unprofessional Lender I have ever had to deal with on a house transaction. His lack of communication and ability to stick to a timeline is uncanny. he doesn't have respect for anyone elses time and money. he is rude and told us to stop contacting him for information regarding the status of documents that his team was the problem of being late on. I wish there was an ability to give zero stars for this rating.
