The younger woman at information desk purposely ignored me and didn't tell me to have a nice day as I was leaving, but did so to the person behind me. No excuse for that rude behavior.
This hospital is twin incompetent. We have done majority of our ultra sounds and NST's at Maternal Fetal Medicine at Spectrum but for convenience, we did a few at North Ottawa. What should have been a 20 minute appointment for a typical NSt ended up taking 2 hours because one baby apparently was not doing what they wanted. Funny thing is, the numbers on those machines were consistent with the ones through Spectrum in GR.
