I didn't want to go to my family doctor. Instead I went to North Oshawa Pharmacy. I told a pharmist by the name of M/S Shristi that my right eye is very sticky and I can't see from that eye, as the eye lids were closed. I had a consultation on the same day with Sistri. She prescribed an eye drop medication. She said that she would follow up in couple of days time.She left a message on my phone to see how I am doing. Pharmacy staff was very helpful in guiding me all the way to the lab downstairs. When I first arrived, I hadn't noticed the elevator. Even after my stroke, I am very independent-minded and strong willed, so I took the stairs on the way out. The kindress didn't go unnoticed! I was sure to show appreciation. A wonderful experience on cold and snowy day. However, someone should do some more ice clearing outside the front entrance. The uncleared ice for foot traffic made it precarious for both of us. "Be nice, clear your ice."

This pharmacy provides excellent service every time I visit. The pharmacists take time to explain my medications and potential side effects clearly. The staff is courteous and efficient, and they always make sure I understand how to take my prescriptions safely. Prescriptions are ready on time and they even call when my medication is ready. Also to mention the pharmacist also did renew my medication as Dr was on vacation. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
Always a very friendly experience, clean and welcoming environment the staff are always so helpful like Jacqueline and Kim who always makes my visit that much more easier and comfortable. Thank you.
