My doctor staff and pharmacy treat me with kindness
Dr. J. Jegathesan, is a very wonderful person. He listens to every detail of a patient describes. Some times if it is an emergency, he accepts his patient out of turn/without appointment. I had a severe deep cut in my foot, had been to emergency Oshawa wherein initial treatment was performed. After 2 days was in fracture clinic, changed the Dressing. North Oshawa Medical Centre is very clean, well maintained, and overall service from the main staff is friendly. However, our experience in the blood draw lab was disappointing. The phlebotomist tied the tourniquet far too tight and was very rough during the procedure. My husband was in pain immediately and ended up with severe, painful bruising and swelling that has lasted over a week. Staff in the lab need to be much more gentle with patients.
