Parking at the new office is horrendous, It was so much better at the old clinic, I will be looking for a new family doctor and be changing as soon as I can. I will not deal with this parking issue again. So done.
Posted hours say open until 8pm, closed. What is wrong with medical offices having posted hours and never being open during those posted times. Absolute waste of time when medical care is needed
My recent experience at this lab for blood work was deeply concerning and highly unprofessional. Upon arrival, I was informed they only accept cash, which is an unusual policy for a medical facility in this day and age. I left to get cash and returned, only to be told by the lab technician that they required exact change, as they did not have any. When I offered to let them keep the difference, she flatly refused.
