April and Dr. Proctor have been wonderful, and the office staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful as well :)

The staff are awesome very professional very polite very understanding if you have not been here yet it is a must that you get to North spine Institute in Longwood check these guys out. They are a one stop shop. Wonderful in everyway, great staff. Beyond helpful and understanding. They do God's work and will help your body where you need it. They take time to find the root of the problem and attack it not just they symptoms.
My visit with Dr. Nicole Ingrando was truly a blessing. She is not only honest but deeply cares about her patients’ well-being. She made me feel more like family than just a patient, while still prioritizing my health with thorough care. Despite her busy schedule, she always goes the extra mile to fit me in.
