This outpatient clinic is fantastic. Clean, quiet and professional. The staff were friendly and dedicated to service at every level. As other reviews have stated the VA *policies* are sometimes frustrating but this specific office is of no blame to that measure. I wish people would review accordingly.
All Vets are treated with respect and courtesy. Clinic staff work hard to make sure the veterans needs are met.
This was a lovely, quiet and relaxing VA clinic, they were very attentive. The nurse, lab tech and Doctor were very good at what they do. They helped you understand what was going on and what you needed to do.
Dr H a DO tried to give me a new mental health diagnosis in a 15 minute 1st time visit. DR. I was diagnosed by a PHD Psychologist. Please stay in your lane. You remind me why I don't trust the VA for my care. You also chided me and berated me, and blamed me for my symptoms, I hope you at least submitted my referrals. I will be contacting the patient advocate. GOOD DAY SIR
