Dr H a DO tried to give me a new mental health diagnosis in a 15 minute 1st time visit. DR. I was diagnosed by a PHD Psychologist. Please stay in your lane. You remind me why I don't trust the VA for my care. You also chided me and berated me, and blamed me for my symptoms, I hope you at least submitted my referrals. I will be contacting the patient advocate. GOOD DAY SIR

I really believe overall they deserve a high score! Through varied conditions and circumstances, they have taken good care of me. There have been bumps, but they were too be expected, especially in 2025 with so many negative moves within the VA system that have affected disabled veterans. The VA Clinic in PA has and is working through these issues and providing the best care possible. Select the PA Clinic for your Primary and VA care if you can.
The doctors here lied to me about pretty much everything, provided basically zero benefit to helping me with my condition, and did it all with an extremely belligerent attitude.
The lady at front desk was very helpful, on the other hand the short guy with a negative attitude should not be around Veterans. We will be reporting this incident to the Senators of Washington state and our President. We have friends who have dealt with this man and he should not be helping Veterans. The lady has a helpful attitude and the short man does not offer help at all he said he didn't know and did not seem interested. The lady did all the work.
