I had an hour with my physician in which she addressed all my concerns. The nurse was excellent, the booking follow ups was easy.
This outpatient clinic is fantastic. Clean, quiet and professional. The staff were friendly and dedicated to service at every level. As other reviews have stated the VA *policies* are sometimes frustrating but this specific office is of no blame to that measure. I wish people would review accordingly.
All Vets are treated with respect and courtesy. Clinic staff work hard to make sure the veterans needs are met.
