The lady at front desk was very helpful, on the other hand the short guy with a negative attitude should not be around Veterans. We will be reporting this incident to the Senators of Washington state and our President. We have friends who have dealt with this man and he should not be helping Veterans. The lady has a helpful attitude and the short man does not offer help at all he said he didn't know and did not seem interested. The lady did all the work. People at the front desk are helpful and competent. Other than that, they should stop playing with peoples lives, just close up shop.
I’ve been here about eight times over the past few months. I had a serious infection, none of the doctors would take me seriously, gave me bad information. There’s a good probability I would be dead by now if I didn’t take matters into my own hands and see a private professional, who listened to what I said, understood what was going on, and immediately sent in the proper prescription.
