RecommendedUnfortunately we have had a few recent visits with North Olmsted Collision, however they have made everyone of those visits easy and go above and beyond. In our most recent visit, as promised, they had Enterprise there to pick us up while out can was going to be worked on, our paperwork was ready and we were in and out in less than 5 minutes. Side swiping a large rock to my brand new suv by far never fun. But taking it to north olmsted collision center made the situation so much better. I brought my suv in the day after it happened and they explained to me the process of filing an insurance claim. Once I had the adjustment, William worked with my insurance company to get everything figured out. Due to insurance issues I dropped my suv off and they quoted me a week to a little over a week. I absolutely love North Olmsted Collision Center! They are super kind and the work they do is amazing. They fixed my suv perfectly and I am a very very happy customer! William, Keith, and Matt are very pleasant to talk to, and never rush you if you have questions. I wouldn’t trust any other shop! North Olmsted Collision Center’s staff is friendly and professional. They give you a detailed estimate and call you immediately with anything else they may find so there are no surprises. The timeline they give you on getting your car back is spot on as well. I’ve been extremely happy with their work and customer service every time.
This service is top notch. 5 stars. They are efficient and very professional. My car repair experience with them could not have been better in any way. They covered all the bases.
