We've been in the car selling business for many years, since 1986 in fact, when our dealership went by the name of "Strongsville Dodge". Doug was great. He made a very long process more manageable for my two little ones.
Julia was terrific to work with and made the process very seamless. I had lots of questions and back and forth messages! She was patient, got all my questions answered in a timely fashion and was a true delight to work with. You don’t always get that when buying a new car! I would definitely refer friends and family to her!
We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Pacifica at the North Olmsted Chrysler dealership. The process was very easy, everyone one was very helpful, and we really liked our salesman Johnny Collins. He was easy to deal with and very attentive to our needs.
Sales experience was great! Nothing really to complain about. They got me out of my vehicle that I was paying to much for and got me into a used vehicle with CPO warranty! I love that they showed the full break down of all the numbers when purchasing and informed me on how my monthly payment will changed with the other add on warrantys that I purchased. Again love the people the experience!
