Absolute joke of a dealership. They count on you not having a clue on how buying a car works, and when you do have a clue of what's going on they refuse to work with you. So let's start from the beginning. I got pre approved with capital one, found a vehicle on auto navigator and called the dealership ready to move forward on it.
