We've been in the car selling business for many years, since 1986 in fact, when our dealership went by the name of "Strongsville Dodge". In 2010, we were thrilled with our move to our new location in North Olmstead. For a dealership that was bought out with new ownership trying to build up their clientele sure has a funny way of doing business. I had an appointment scheduled to look at a vehicle. The morning of my appointment they called me to confirm that I was coming in to look at said vehicle, I told them I was, but I’m a couple hours drive and need to push back my time by a half hour. We drove the 2 hour drive, just to be told that the car was sold the day before.
They had the paint pen I needed. The service was friendly and quick. Parking is a pain for the parts department. You have to walk over to the main building to pay cash for a part.
Todd Forsythe was my salesperson and he was pleasant, very informative, and personable. He answered all my questions and I didn't feel pressured into anything. Todd helped my car shopping experience be as stress free as it could be. I will buy from Todd and this store ( Dealership ) again and I will recommend Todd and Serpentini CJDR to my family and friends!
Their internet was down, but that's out of their control. However, having their entire business operation controlled by the isp is within their control. They lacked a backup plan and the service advisor has zero customer service skills.
Not great service dept. I would recommend another store for service. Advisors seem not interested
