Lack of knowledge for appointment scheduling & unprepared when I arrived at scheduled time. Ridiculous diagnostic pricing. Will not be back.
I have been wanting to buy another jeep and I am so glad that I picked Serpentini North Olmsted! Todd was very visible on the lot and so helpful with answering all of my questions, and showing me all the inventory. Todd was kind and patient for sure! Then there comes Kenny. Kenny was fantastic! Kenny explained the whole process and went over the paperwork with ease and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Serpentini be the dealership you go to for your next vehicle! Thanks guys!!!
From start to finish everything was great. Starting with Riley with first communication and getting us here to the dealership. MARVIN was helpful, nice and made the process easy. He is an excellent salesperson and would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. THANK YOU!
Great people
