RecommendedI would recommend this place every day of the week. I had an ulcer and was in the hospital all last week. Everyone was so great even with me having pretty bad anxiety about the whole thing. So, I got out Friday, and I just got a phone call from the primary doctor himself, just checking to see how I was feeling. This place treats everyone so great and they definitely made me feel very welcome. Five stars across the board!
My Grandfather has been here 6 times this year, we have never had a complaint until this last hospital visit. The night shift nurses we have had are the worst!!! 1. Our family asked you to check out grandpa multiple times because he hasn't been changed in hours. When he finally gets changed, I smell poop asked the nurse if he pooped she said "it was just a small mark". First off if it was a small mark it wouldn't smell the whole room. 2. these 3rd shift nurses are absolutely horrible and when asked to do things 3 times, 6 hours later, they still don't do it.. this is suppose to be a place where you help someone get better...but I guess it's a place where you roll your eyes and chomp your gum loud as hell. I have too many complaints to write about this place. sickening....absolutely sickening

My rights were totally violated today and I was harassed by the doctor on duty along with staff. I just moved back to portage county and was told by PCP to go to ER for an allergic reaction. Was in severe pain amount other things, was told I was a drug addict! HIPPA violated!!! asked to see paperwork but doctor refused and told me to get out. RecommendedI have been very happy going here - have been a patient for many years but hadn’t had to visit for a while. Had health problems in 2016 and Dr. VanNostran helped tremendously to figure things out. Great place, very helpful.
