Does not return calls! I've been a patient at this practice for a few years now. My previous doctor, Dr. Beacham, was wonderful. He was thorough and took his time with each visit. However, he retired at the end of 2024. I chose to see another doctor at this same practice, Dr. Mabry. She is friendly and seems to care, however I felt that each visit was a bit rushed. after waiting 30 plus minutes for a visit. I finally got a call that it was canceled and the provider wouldn’t even apologize knowing The appointment had been cancelled. I’ll be reporting and never stepping foot into this business again…
This place is the WORST. You will wait for hours to be seen just to be told your Dr is on call at the hospital but nobody communicates that to you until you get fed up with waiting and ask. Care is negligent at best. I have left this obgyn in tears with 2 pregnancies. Decided to come back for birth control bc my regular gyn didn't have any appointments for 3 months. Again I remember why I don't use this place. Waiting for over an hour just to be seen for a birth control I've used my entire life is absolutely ridiculous. 0/10... read more
I would never recommend. More often than not, you are treated as a problem rather than a patient. Getting answers or assistance feels like solving a riddle. Be prepared to be told the WRONG lab/test results, too, unless its coming from NP/Dr and it's sent for you to see with your own eyes. I was told my blood HCG test for pregnancy came back negative, when it was in VERY positive and I was told wrong. Lets start from the beginning, shall we. Every time I’ve had an appointment for this pregnancy I’ve been scheduled for a certain time and wait in the waiting room for at least 2 hours before I leave the last 4 or 5 times I’ve been. Then they have the audacity to say oh where have you been? Like I haven’t been trying to get seen. But I have a 2 year old as well and he was as patient as I could expect for waiting that long sitting still.
