I went to the doctor week and a half ago. I got sent home with one prescription and the other one got called in. It's going on 5 ¹/² days now and I've still not gotten my prescription called in. I am beyond aggravated with this crap. And then when you call Northoaks OB/GYN, you've got to stay on hold for 25 freaking minutes.
The only reason I'm even giving ONE star after this is because ZERO isn't an option. For the last 3 MONTHS my IUD has been EXPIRED. I got approved to get it reordered IN JANUARY. Countless calls I was told "we may have gotten it in and didn't input it yet, we'll check our inventory, and call you back." So, instead of calling to check if it even came in this time, my mom called FOR me to see if she could schedule an appointment with my OBGYN for me. Unethical, unprofessional, never ever go to North Oaks Ob-Gyn unless you want to be violated. Definitely reporting to LA Board of Medical Examiners.
I called in for abnormal bleeding. I came two years ago to talk about the same issue, in which they told me nothing was wrong and simply suggested birth control. At least they had the decency to do tests two years ago. The "abnormal bleeding"? I bleed for over two months straight, with 3 weeks of it being such a heavy flow it feels dehumanizing and depressive. I hardly was able to take care of myself and do anything other than drink water. pls believe me when i say this is the worst clinic to go too, please instead go to covington! our FIRST visit and last visit the reception ladies were absolutely so rude to us and had an attitude, our visit was so rushed i barely got to ask questions about my baby and body. When our doctor gave us our lab order to go to another clinic for blood work she didn’t even sign the order on the paper so they wouldn’t accept it, and the cherry on top was going back to get her to sign it, the clinic was closed.
