Went here because I had an abnormal ct scan Dr Murr was very nonchalant about it he order another scan and prescribed a medication that would take weeks to relieve the headache second scan came back abnormal as well but I never heard anything from him or his staff. When I messaged to ask about the test staff was rude and said he’d get to me when he had time

I had an appointment on April 22nd for botox injections for migraines. I was ready because the first round wore off, maybe a week before. I got there and had to wait over 45 minutes in the waiting room and longer in the room. When the NP comes in, he tells me he's sorry, but it's too soon for injections, and I had to wait until June 12th. I wasn't having that, and since he couldn't talk me out of it, he gets the doctor to come in and talk to me. When he couldn't convince me, he got the office manager to talk to me. I brought a family member after being referred, by other doctors, to this establishment. We arrived on time, actually early and still- we waited TWO hours from the appointment time to even be seen by the nurse practitioner. By the time the appointment was finished, they were getting ready to close. Locked the doors and turned the lights off before while we were in the restroom after waiting so long.
