Only doctor I’ve had that hasn’t forgotten to send in my prescriptions
My PCP Dr. JOSEPH HENEGHAN is a QUACK! Did not prescribe my medication right. (Insulin) When I requested a refill he was too busy to call the pharmacy to have it refilled. This is INSULIN!!! North Oaks, you need to do the right thing and fire this walking malpractice suit waiting to happen!!!!
So you know how Our Lady of the Lake runs all the ads saying "They listen to you". I always found that odd, because isn't that what doctors are supposed to do? Welp after going here that ad makes a lot of sense. You'll be met with advanced narcissism. Won't be going here again.
Absolutely love this place. The doctor we see is very personable and easy to talk to. The front desk staff is always cheerful and helpful, even at “stupid o’clock” in the morning. Every time we’ve been there it’s always been fast with little wait. It’s been one of the best experiences at a doctors office I’ve had in a very long time
