Absolute worst customer service and Healthcare provided. Zero help, zero follow ups. Hung up on all the time. Receptionist is extremely rude. And don't make an appointment on a friday.. they will sit on the counter talk like your friend and laugh, and no help so they can get home.. to be home alone with a 3 year old and have serious health issues will NO HELP IS A CONCERN. If I could give this office a 0 I would. I’ve been seeing NP Leigh Pierre along with the rest of my family for over a year now. Been a patient of this office for 15 years. Never had a problem. Stacy T Medical Assistant I have a problem with lieing on my PA for my medication PURPOSELY getting me denied (she threatened to not do my PA) claimed she didn’t get the PA from the pharmacy or the insurance on 6/8. Nurse Practitioner Leigh was so helpful at my first visit. She explained everything that was going on so well , and she wasn’t rushing me and listened. The next appointment I had I was seen by Dr.Raphael, he was so nice and he’s also a great listener, and helped me understand my problems. I would recommend anyone at the office as I’m sure they all would be very helpful, understanding, and caring for you as well.
