Mold in units, staff never in office, rarely answer office phone, maintenance repairs take forever. Bandage problems rarely fix them.
I've lived here for over 10 years never really had any problems
I love living here so far. Whenever I have an issue Ravin is on top of it. The maintenance crew is simply amazing and very friendly. I'm in a building with great and friendly residents. My building is quiet and we get along well. The only downside if any would be the washers and dryers are expensive for the size and dryers don't really dry.
