I have been at this office twice traveling from Grand Blanc. I was going to have a tube put in my ear, but being new to Medicare. I wasn’t sure if Medicare was going to cover it. I try to find out from the girls at the front desk and they were extremely rude. People were talking about how rude they were the first time I was there, and I kind of just ignored them but I experienced it first hand today so needless to say, I am not going back and having a tube put in my ear due to these two women who cannot handle the public.
Very friendly, good care, asked questions. We felt he's a thorough ENT
Went for sinus problems and throat sent me for hearing test and said need hearing aids not 1thing for sinus and throat place is a big JOKE
