I had an appointment to see a unit in West Hollywood and they never showed up, never even sent a message or call apologizing (even though I had confirmed twice that I was going to be there) Very unprofessional and rude. I wish I saw the ratings before because it seems this place is a scam!
The on sight manager, Elizabeth was insanely rude and kept me in limbo for over a week burning valuable time. She was inconsiderate and could I not get in touch with her. Luckily for me the apartment was trashed when I saw it and the building itself was in disarray with no oversight. Ill be informing the BBB on her and this group as a whole.
Scammers, just taking your application fee and making you wait for months
