I booked a tour on 7/23 to view an apartment on N Sweetzer on 7/28 at 12:30pm. I arrived early at 12:22, and texted the number I was coordinating with about parking (since the street is permit only). With no response, I figured it out and walked over. I was outside around 12:32 and unsure as to who I was meeting. When I called the number, all I got was an automated line and no one to help me. The agents that run their showings are incredibly unreliable and inconsiderate of potential renters. They blitz you with confirmation texts only to cancel, reschedule or just flat out forget about the showing and stand you up. This happened with every single showing I booked in Weho. I will never rent a property managed by Oak tree because if they can’t manage showings then they can’t manage the property itself.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! Lived at 343 N Ave 52 for about 5yrs so many manager come and go. There was a leak going on, and water bill went up the roof. They didn’t want to reimburse the money to tenants for the water leak that happened, that was NOT anyones fault. Manager NEVER CLEANS. Property is never maintained. Management takes forever to come fix up any maintenance going on, you schedule for a certain day and they come whenever they feel like it. Laundry room trash is ALWAYS packed. These reviews are terrible! How come y’all haven’t banned together to sue this company??? I am extremely disappointed because I was very much interested in the apartment that I seen online but I can’t rent from a management company who treats their tenants this way, shame on you NORTH OAK!
The worst management ever!!! People in the company are unprofessional, unresponsive, not client oriented and passive-aggressive. Your problems are always just your problems. Nobody cares🤡 I had so many issues with the manager at my building, and after, when I moved out, they tried to charge me $500 for “repainting” the wall! And after that it took me 4 months and thousands of calls/emails to get my deposit back.
