Lived here for years! Decent people, easy to work with!!
This place has no customers service etiquette every time they call me or I call they have and attitude. I pay may rent I don't owe them money and still they treat us tenants like we are trash.. the apartment is infested with roaches falling apart and mold this has been happening for years ...they want us tenants to jump at their calls and act on the spot but when we have any issues regarding safety or maintenance for the unit it never gets resolved on their part!!!!
Don't rent any apartments from this company
For a "professional" company, you'd think they'd be more on it. All communication was lacking and a big failure to notify people of changes. Avoid this company, unless you're masochistic like that.
RENTER BEWARE. Absolutely terrible. Check out the "North Oak Did Me Wrong" groups.
