Totally fine once you settle in and very quick to respond to basic maintenance but everything else -- JEEEEEZZ. The communication between their internal departments is really poor so unless you talk to the exact right person (which is always a guess) you're going to hit a wall. My apartment was unfinished when I moved in, which I expected, but the timeline and urgency to complete the work was nonexistent. I was under this management team for over a year and I had a pleasant experience with them. I liked their website/portal for tenants for the apartment- everything was in one place. It was all clearly documented. And when you had issues with the property/unit - they were so quick to follow up and resolve them. Really happy with how they were on top of everything and I always felt heard. Sad to go!

I've been a tenant with North Oak Property Management for about a year now, and the maintenance service has been outstanding. Every time I've submitted a maintenance request, it's been taken care of within a day - no long waits, no follow-up needed. It's rare to find a property management company that actually follows through that quickly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well-managed place to live!
