When I say this management company has pushed me to the verge of a near mental breakdown I mean it. I could write paragraphs but I'll keep it short. 120 year old apartment + poor maintenance = rat infestation. Yes you read that correctly. Rats. Not mice. I didn't want any star on this review. I currently reside at this South Pasadena property, and since management was changed back to North Oaks, getting serious safety concerns addressed has been extremely frustrating. Our only driveway entrance and exit is repeatedly blocked by vehicles from the neighboring property, visitors, and delivery drivers, Owners. The service provided by Elizabeth from the Erwin management was outstanding to say the least, she provided detailed instructions that were clear and easy to follow, which contributed to a smooth effortless process, I greatly appreciated her assistance. The Erwin building is so nice and clean.

I booked a tour on 7/23 to view an apartment on N Sweetzer on 7/28 at 12:30pm. I arrived early at 12:22, and texted the number I was coordinating with about parking (since the street is permit only). With no response, I figured it out and walked over. I was outside around 12:32 and unsure as to who I was meeting. When I called the number, all I got was an automated line and no one to help me. The agents that run their showings are incredibly unreliable and inconsiderate of potential renters. They blitz you with confirmation texts only to cancel, reschedule or just flat out forget about the showing and stand you up. This happened with every single showing I booked in Weho. I will never rent a property managed by Oak tree because if they can’t manage showings then they can’t manage the property itself.
