I had an appt for 2 vehicle inspections. I brought my truck in first, which is in very good shape, for its age. They took a while to look at it and never took off a wheel to check my brakes. After they were done messing around, this office guy, with a gun on his side, said my truck didn't pass. He asked me to come look what they found. He was showing me my rear drivers side brake hose line and said it's slightly rubbing the emergency brake and has some white stuff on it.
