Fbbc has the most versatile workouts for all levels. Anyone can fit in thirty minutes and it is never the same. The trainers are knowledgeable and correct form throughout in a polite and friendly way.
Great fast workouts
North Muskegon FBBC is unlike any gym I've been to before! I was greeted with smiling faces as soon as I walked through the door! The owner, Tabitha is very passionate about helping people with their health and fitness and it shows through the members and throughout the facility. The coaches are super knowledgeable and the workouts are awesome! I can't believe you can do so much in only 30 minutes!
