Sheila and Dr. Rosen go out of their way in any way they can. Even when I'm being difficult (not listening to advice) they don't judge they just want to help.
Do not bother Dr. Arak with pesky little cosmetic procedures such as a chipped tooth. Such requests are beneath him. Unless you are set and prepped for a full crown procedure you are wasting his time and yours. Also, if you have your wisdom teeth, again, do not bother this doctor. Having too many teeth appears to be a problem for him. I am over 40 and have had my wisdom teeth since I was 16 without any issues. I’ve seen many dentists in the past—some good and a few less so—but North Mountain Dentistry is the best and ONLY place I will go for dental work. Dr Rosen and Dr Arak are not only incredibly skilled in what they do, but they take time to explain their decisions and educate me on how to prevent problems. In addition, the staff do things that make me know that I’m a valued client—they are friendly, work with my schedule to get seen when needed and treat me with respect. I cannot recommend this office highly enough!
