I had a very good experience at this surgery center. The staff at the front desk as well as all medical staff were very friendly and I received great care. Very neat and clean facility.
According to BCBS of Mississippi, the surgery invoice that they have sent us has not been submitted to BCBS. On the bill we have received, the surgery date is different than the day the surgery took place -- all other claims related to this has been submitted to BCBS with no issues. This billing department is suggesting that this claim has been denied, gave 3 different reasons why, and BCBS is stating that it has not been submitted to them. I am finding fault with the clinic until further reason not to.
The woman in the front office was so friendly to me and my 1 year old daughter!!
